This hotel and its surroundings are really beautiful. We had our own little "villa" with our own small private pool. There is a great view over a small valley and the whole site is really beautiful with little gardens. The main pool is also very pretty. There is a shuttle service into town. I only can complain about two things. First of all the food isn't great. To be fair we only had breakfast, which wasn't great. Also some of the staff don't speak English very well, which can be difficult. |

The Villas very nice. Really felt close to nature with the outdoor shower. Private pool overlooking the valley and river below, stunning. Security at the complex was really good. the resort restaurant was disappointing. I think the menu could have been much better and more reflective of local cuisine instead of trying to do everything. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend it for those looking for relaxation that want to experience nature rather than nightlife |

Our villa was just amazing and had a really good time there huge room and the bathroom was the best we had in the entire holiday!. food was good and service was too - they come pick you up in a buggy anytime u wana go anywhere, u just call them and they are at ur door in no time! |

The staff are amazingly helpful and prompt with requests, breakfast is amazing and the staff are extremely courteous, free internet in the lobby area, every 2 hour shuttle.
The pool is amazing!,
we loved our stay at the payagon! |

What a lovely secluded location, we went there for our wedding anniversary and stayed in villa with private pool. It was lovely and relaxing and we went trekking one morning which ws great to see the surroundings. Only disappointing thing was the restaurant at the hotel |

The room facilities goes older. The breakfast is too simple. The free shuttle bus service is not on time and less frequency. The Villas are very private villa, very large private pool, excellent hotel design on landscopig and master layout, excellent service, very good security measure. |

The Villas are beautiful, but a bit tired. Also for 5 star I want internet access in my room. had to trudge up 50 stairs to get access in lounges. Food weak |
